10.1 General Learner Conduct

  • You will engage with the course material actively and respectfully, maintaining academic integrity (e.g., no plagiarism or cheating).

  • You will not post, share, or circulate any abusive, defamatory, communal, or obscene content in any Techiegigs community, forum, or session.

  • Harassment, threats, or discriminatory behavior of any kind towards instructors, staff, or fellow students will lead to immediate termination without refund.

10.2 Offline Classroom Behaviour

For students attending physical classes at any Techiegigs Learning Centre:

  • Punctuality is mandatory. Repeated late arrivals may lead to disciplinary action.

  • Dress Code: Students must maintain a clean, respectful appearance. Offensive or inappropriate clothing will not be tolerated.

  • Mobile Phones: Must be kept on silent during class. Calls, recording, or photography are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

  • Respectful Environment: Disruption of classroom decorum, disrespect to instructors or peers, or damage to institute property may lead to suspension or permanent expulsion.

  • Substance Policy: The use or possession of alcohol, tobacco, or narcotics on premises is strictly prohibited.

10.3 Disciplinary Action

Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Formal warning

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent deactivation of access or expulsion from the program

  • No refunds will be issued in the case of disciplinary removals
