At Techiegigs, we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. However, we understand that in certain circumstances, a refund may be required. This Refund Policy sets out the eligibility, timelines, and process for refund requests pertaining to our digital marketing programs.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be initiated under the following valid circumstances:

1.1 Course Cancellation by Techiegigs

If Techiegigs cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, operational issues), the enrolled student will be entitled to a 100% refund of the course fee.

1.2 Early-Stage Dissatisfaction

If a student is dissatisfied with the course content or delivery, they may request a refund, subject to the timeline defined in Clause 2.2 below. Requests beyond the defined period will not be entertained.

2. Refund Timeframes
2.1 In Case of Course Cancellation

A full refund will be processed within 30 business days from the official date of cancellation.

2.2 In Case of Student-Initiated Request

If dissatisfied with the course, the student must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of enrollment. Requests after 7 days will be automatically rejected.

3. Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, students must follow the below process:

3.1 Request Submission

Send a written request to care@techiegigs.com, clearly mentioning:

  • Full name

  • Registered contact number

  • Course enrolled

  • Enrollment date

  • Reason for refund

3.2 Evaluation & Verification

Our team will verify your enrollment and review the reason cited. Additional information may be requested.

3.3 Approval & Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method only. Refunds via alternate accounts are not permitted under any circumstance.

3.4 Timeline for Reversal

Once processed, allow 3–5 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Exclusions & Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds shall not be granted under the following conditions:

4.1 No-Show or Course Abandonment

Students who fail to attend live/offline sessions or discontinue the course midway without formal communication and valid reason are not eligible.

4.2 Missed Deadline

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window (from enrollment date) will be summarily rejected.

4.3 Special Discount Programs

Courses enrolled under special offer, scholarship, or promotional discounts are non-refundable, unless the course is canceled by Techiegigs.

4.4 Third-party Tool Access
Any subscription, license, or API access included in the course is non-refundable once activated or shared.

4.5 Certification Eligibility
If a student fails to complete course criteria (attendance, assignments, final test), refund cannot be claimed for not receiving a certificate.

5. Policy Revisions

Techiegigs reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the official website. Students are advised to review the policy periodically.
